Head to area 9. This place hhas the most annoying enemies in the game. The jetpack soldiers. You need to use grenades to take them out or hit them during a transition from ground/ceiling. To get the yashichi here, you need to grapple into the nook on the left as you fall down into the facility. Head to the right to get to the comms room and activate the switches to the left of each of the conveyor belts to open the secret door in the bottom left corner of the level.
