Peters hydraulic elevator at the university's campus in Bochum

As the shaft is not really attached to anything except for the access bridges, and there are no windows in the shaft or the cab, this elevator is a serious case of "could have been made scenic". Also, when the video was taken, the elevator refused to leave the top floor when I was inside the cab. Strangely enough, as soon as I left the cab, everything worked fine.
