Step 2: Search for iFile and install it. Step 3: Once installed, tap on the iFile icon on the Home screen to open it. Step 4: Navigate to the following directory: (system/library/frameworks/MediaToolbox.framework) Step 5: Tap on SystemSoundLowersMusicVolume.plist and choose Property List Viewer. Step 6: Scroll down to SMSReceived_Alert and change its value from 0.1 to 1. The higher the value, the louder will be the music volume when an app notification.
