City of Phoenix ⇨ Mtn. Goat Heil Rapid Rail on 300's HD

Back in 2018, the city purchased two of these single axle Rapid Rails for special operation areas. One unit runs out of the Union Hills service center while the other runs out of the Okemah service center. This route was a special case as the unit and operator was filling in.
