Dell Precision M3800 static noise issue 'Coil Whine' HD

This is a quick demonstration of the noise many users of the Dell Precision M3800 have been experiencing. We have had the AC adapter and cable replaced, power cable to motherboard replaced, motherboard replaced and various BIOS and firmware updates. All of these have not fixed the issue.
