TNO Custom Super Event - Goring's Hungary

After being appeased by Germania, upon acquiring control of Hungary, forming the Reichskommissariat Ungarn, Goring decides to cut ties with Germany, and crown himself as Kaiser of Hungary,and create the house of "Goring-Árpád".
