She also talks about the challenges for distributed teams, the myths with regards to Scrum, and various models of distributed scrum and their solutions. Scrum - Scrum includes a team of around 7+ people, a Scrum Master, a Product owner and a cross-functional team. The Product owner’s responsibility is to come up with a product backlog. Team decides to pick up a small piece and put it in a sprint, duration of 2-4 weeks to develop the feature that is picked, at the end of the sprint, the team needs to have a potential shippable product. Scrum master takes care of all the impediments that the team has.
