Mom and Dad have missed theor opportunity to see their favorite band in concert. To cheer them up, Bobby and Bill decide to form a musical duo. But being a musician isn’t as easy as it looks! For a start, they have to find the right instruments, as well as a place to rehearse where no one can hear them... And there always seems to be some sort of obstacle in the way.
