Wifi and bluetooth are grayed out and cannot be turned on. Allot of samsung tablets have the same issue with the Wifi bluetooth ic burns out without notice. We replaced the wifi blueooth IC chip by desoldering the old chip and solder back a new wifi bluetooth ic and that fixed the problem.
