Tommy Fury is a young man with a potentially big future. A good amateur prospect, now considering turning professional and says his ultimate aim is to follow family tradition and become a world champion. Tommy is in the perfect place to get the best guidance and advice to go on and fulfil his potential and achieve his dreams. Trained by his father John Fury and his uncle, Peter Fury, Tommy aged 17 seems to be on a fast track to big things. In addition, he is already in the gym sparring with fully grown men with ambitions of their own, a tough environment but one in which to thrive, be tested and gain invaluable experience. He has sparred countless rounds with Tyson and Hughie also and is experienced and mature beyond his teenage years. Tommy has seen enormous success around him, his brother Tyson stunned the world in a momentous win over Ukrainian born Wladimir Klitchko and his cousin Fury now attempts to take the world by storm by beating dangerous WBO Heavyweight Champion Joseph Parker (22-0, 18KO). We caught up with Tommy to discuss working as part of team Fury and the plans ahead of him. Interview by Aky Karim
