めるも 長崎カステラ Merumo cooking 材料 卵 1個 卵黄 2個 グラニュー糖 20g はちみつ 20g 薄力粉（ダマになりやすいので2回ふるっておく）40g ●ザラメ糖 生地の下にひく 下準備 ●オーブン180℃に温める。 ●型にクッキングシートを高めに立ち上げる。 作り方 ①ボウルに卵と卵黄、グラニュー糖、はちみつを加え、ハンドミキサーで白っぽくなるまで混ぜる。 ②①にふるった小麦粉を入れて、ゴムベラですくうように混ぜる。 ③クッキングシートをひいた型に（ココポイント❤️）ザラメ糖をひき、②の生地を流し込み、空気抜きを何度かする。オーブンで15分焼く。串に何もついてこなければ、めるもカステラの出来上がり❤️ ※パウンドケーキ型を使ったら高さがでるのでオススメ❣️ザラメが入ったカステラはメチャクチャ美味しい❤️はまってしまった一度お試しあれ❣️ material 1 egg 2 egg yolks Granulated sugar 20g Honey 20g Cake flour (Since it is easy to get lumpy, shake it twice) 40g ● Zarame sugar, ground under the dough Preparation ● Warm to 180 ℃ in the oven. ● Raise the parchment paper to the mold.
