Минусинск город в Красноярском крае России. Административный центр Минусинского района. Образует городской округ город Минусинск. В состав города входит поселок Зеленый Бор, в котором расположена железнодорожная станция Минусинск Город расположен на обоих берегах протоки Енисея, в 12 км от одноимённой железнодорожной станции, в 422 км к югу от Красноярска.
