With Punisher T being extremely affordable and having a firepower similar or in many cases even better than Atomizer makes me pick Punisher T as the winner of this comparison. It’s biggest downside is the long 10s reload but considering massive price gap between two weapons I think it is negligible. Atomizer still provides some benefits like unlimited ammo and high accuracy but now that its DPS is lowered quite a bit its counterpart shines more.
