Road rage ends in one arrest.. raw footage HD

When Paquette also pulled into the parking lot and behind his Subaru, O’Neal said he was in fear and ran into his business to grab a gun, McCarty said in his affidavit. O’Neal, who rents a bay at the Dussault Auto Sales complex, said he went back outside and pointed the gun into the air and asked them to leave, McCarty said. He wrote O’Neal stated he had no intention of hurting either of them. Paquette and Underwood maintained it was O’Neal that continued to slam on his brakes after he passed their car, Morits said in his affidavit. Paquette and Underwood said they had the gun pointed at them, and O’Neal threatened to shoot them, Morits said in his affidavit. Paquette and Underwood then said they called E-911, police noted. When police arrived O’Neal put his hands in the air and was ordered to the ground by Sgt. McCarty. Police lodged O’Neil at Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans for lack of $30,000 bail.....
