From "Requiem Mass in D Minor"(K. 626); Music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart; Words based on a 13th Century Medieval Latin Poem & Hymn thought to be written by Thomas Celano. Requiem Mass in D Minor was written by Mozart in his death bed and was known to be his last composition. Dies irae, Dies illa, Solvet saeclum en favilla, Teste David cum Sybilla Quantus tremor est futurus, Quando judex est venturus, Cunta stricte discus surus. Translation: Day of wrath, day of anger, will dissolve the world in ashes,as foretold by David and the Sibyl. Great trembling there will be when the Judge descends from heaven to examine all things closely. A Concert: "Six Decades of Music and Mission" in celebration of the 60th year of the founding of the Manila Concert Choir by the late Dr. Lois Florendo Bello in 1951.
