So this program has been on British TV over the last few weeks, it baffles me greatly and it also pains me that its inspiring a whole new generation to become nothing more than a pair of boobs or well oiled abs... theres so much more to people than this superficial BS. Also I love a good rant so I might start sharing a few of these :)
