I beat Hardcore Minecraft in 1 hour, here's how HD

Hardcore has always been my favourite gamemode, unfortunately. That said, enjoy! While it’s a bit of a stretch to call these Minecraft speedruns, hardcore or not, imposing progressively shrinking time limits has been surprisingly useful for forcing me to improve though engaging in strategies I’d traditionally avoid (for instance going from looking for diamond armour before fighting the dragon, to iron, to just hoping you find something decent along the way). Hoping to improve further as time goes on!
