Fishing Line Sliced Open Seal's Shoulder [Graphic] HD

The seal does not seem entangled at first, but she has a very visible injury on her shoulder and Denzil and Antoine decide to check her out anyways. As they get closer, they see that she is crippled from entanglement to an extend that she cannot move anymore. She is skinny and weak, a thin piece of fishing line had sliced her open. The rescuers can see where the entanglement got stuck initially, but once she lost a lot of weight the entanglement could slide down further and cause even more harm. We do not know if this seal will survive and recover. But we do know that we have to try our best to give her a chance. Antoine has to force her into the water to wash the wound as quick as possible, and hopefully grab a bite. We apologise for the graphic and disturbing content.
