J9 Teaches Beggin' At BDC HD

The lovely Christine Murray had me sub for her Basic Hip Hop/Funk class at BDC yesterday, and here is the class footage. Really great energy in class!!! If you can make it through my yelling you see Chrissy waacking her life and A.C. going awwf at the end and me pulling up my pants during my freestyle LOL!!
