Changing ignition coils on 2006 Mercedes c230 HD

How to change the engine ignition coils on a 2006 Mercedes C230 V6 Automatic. Save money & do it yourself! My vehicle engine light was flashing and giving misfire codes. When I press the gas pedal it barley accelerated. Vehicle began moving slow/slugish. Also began vibrating. After changing the fuel injectors, spark plugs, spark plug wires, mass air flow sensor, oil filter nothing happened. My last bet was the ignition coils.
