Shane Battier's Great Defense on Kobe and Game Winner (2007)

Shane Battier could be the best defensive player (talking about guards, swingmen) of the last decade. My attempt at an video of him guarding Kobe, who frequently struggled against Shane and shot with a low percentage. Battier holds Kobe to 27 points on 26 field goals, however this stat could have even been more impressive, if even I, as a Lakers fan, have to admit that the referees helped Bryant a little. Some fishy calls called against Shane... I love the fact that during the 7 minutes when Battier was off Kobe, Bryant scored 18 points (3/6 FG, 11/14 FT). October 30, 2007.
