FMSC MarketPlace: Madrine's Story HD

08.03.2017
In addition to providing life-giving meals to orphaned children in need, FMSC works with the staff in Rakai to purchase beautiful, handmade items from the Hope Again Women’s Ministry Cooperative. The project employs more than 200 women, many of whom are widows affected by HIV/AIDS and who care for multiple children in their households. The women produce jewelry made from recycled magazines and hand-dyed, hand-woven grass items. The Hope Again Women’s Ministry is one of FMSC’s largest MarketPlace partners. Madrine is one of those women. This is her story. _ Feed My Starving Children is a Christian nonprofit that helps you turn hunger to hope with your own two hands. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals designed specially for starving children, and FMSC ships the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world.
