Gawker Lawsuit Over Trump's "Weave"--Another Conservative Attack? HD

Gawker is facing another lawsuit in regards to an article accusing Donald Trump of wearing a weave. Hulk Hogan’s lawyers, who previously successfully sued Gawker over the release of a handful of minutes from Hogan’s sex tape and bankrupted the company, are handling the lawsuit. Charles J. Harder sent Gawker a 6-page document demanding that Gawker removed the article and publish a public apology and full reaction or face legal action on behalf of Ivari International. Mr. Harder listed 19 “false and defamatory” statements that were written in the Gawker article and argues that the publication of the article intentionally inflicted emotional distress and invaded the pricey of Mr. Ivari’s business.
