Justin's 2nd birthday Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Theme

Justin just turned 2 years old on March 23. I decided to do his birthday party from his favorite character Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! He loves Wubbzy. We just wanted for him to have fun.
