Data privacy - Entering the USA | How's it going #3 HD
Entering the United States of America gets harder and harder. Since President Trump’s executive orders on immigration it happens, you can even be asked to hand over your devices (smartphone, laptop, tablets) and give your password or access to all your data and apps. In this video, I summarize how to prepare for a trip to the United States of America (USA) and what you have to take care of. The verge published a good guideline (see link below) which says, you should delete sensitive data, delete your social media apps, save your data in the cloud (use cloud storage) and use disk encrypted devices. So this is a small guideline how to protect your data and privacy while traveling to the USA. What is your experience?
