Use Excel's VLOOKUP Function to Mark Contacts for Removal from a No Contact List HD

Using VLOOKUP in Excel, along with Flash Fill and the IFNA function, I clean up a sample contact list. Using a separate "no contact" list, I find and mark contacts so they can be removed before performing a mail merge.
