Aloe Ceviche Ingredients: 2-3 whole pieces of Aloe (sliced and diced without the skin) 1 Orange 1 Lime Coconut Oil or Olive oil 1 TB Cayenne Pepper 1 TB Organic Sugar Fresh Mint Directions: 1. Cut Aloe meat into 1/2 in. thickness cubes 2. In a bowl, combine 1 tbl. spoon of Sugar, 1 tbl. spoon of Coconut Oil or Olive oil, Juice of 1 Limes & 1 Orange mix. 3. Pour the juice mixture on top of the Aloe, in a separate bowl 4. Thinly slice your fresh mint and top your Ceviche, along with a dash of cayenne pepper Montadito Ingredients: 2 Tostones Avocado slices Pickled watermelon radish Rocoto salsa Cilantro 1. Fry the tostones until golden 2. Place 4 slices of avocado on top of tostones 3. Decorate with pickled watermelon radish, onion and cilantro 4. Top with rocoto salsa Rocoto Salsa Ingredients: Olive oil 2 Eggs 1/2 spoon Mustard 2 TB Oregano 1 TN Pepper 1/2 Garlic Clove 2 TB Rocoto Pepper Paste 1/2 Lemon Directions: 1. Mix and blend until ready Chia Pudding Ingredients: 2 TB Cacao 2 TB Maca 2 TB Almond butter 2 TB Coconut flakes 1/2 cup Chia 1/2 TB Cinnamon 3 TB Brown sugar 2 cup Almond milk Strawberries Mango Directions: 1. Liquefy the almond butter, coconut, cinnamon, sugar and milk (cacao & maca) 2. Pour mix over chia 2. Let it rest for 30min 4. Cut fresh fruit on top to decorate Spicy Tropic Drink Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Tequila 1 oz Ginger 1/2 Lime 6 Pineapple Bites 1 Splash Ginger Ale 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper Lime Wheel & Candied Ginger for Garnish Directions: 1. Combine Tequila , ginger, squeezed half lime, pineapple bites and a splash of ginger ale in a rocks glass with ice and stir. 2. Top with a pinch of cayenne pepper. 3. Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger.
