DIY Paint over Vinyl Wallpaper & Border (Part 1) http://www.russolinatzpainting.com In this video, I am going to pain over Vinyl wallpaper and a border. I talk about cutting away any loose or unfurling seams and then sealing the surface with Gardz sealer. I then use my 4 and 6 inch taping blades along with All Purpose Joint Compound to skim the seams or edges out with mud to help conceal these edges or valleys. I aslo explain how I keep the mud in the center of my blade by reorganizing it in either a clockwise or counter clockwise half circular swipe.
