Bomb found in a woman's car in Yonkers HD

Today (03/09/16) at around 7:30am as a woman was getting in a car (Parked behind a building on High St) she saw something that appeared to be an explosive device. She immediately call the YPD, upon arrival the YPD secured the entire block. Multiple State and Federal Agencies on scene. Multiple Apt cleared and crime scene units processing the scene at this time. Device rendered safe by WCHDU and the FBI
