How would you feel if you had to foot a $500,000 bill for your wedding day only? Well, that’s exactly what Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris spent to celebrate their “Love & Hip Hop” wedding. The list of the extravagance that went into the lavish wedding included a cake that cost $5,7000, flowers worth $90,000, $69,000 for Yandy’s two Pnina Tornai dresses, $18,500 for food and drinks, and $12,500 for miscellaneous party favors. Oh, and the price of their rings was $42,000. Moving on to the bridesmaids, the total bill for their dresses came to $18,400, while each pair of shoes cost $245. Mendeecee’s black and blue combo-suit, made by designer ARI, would normally have cost him $1,395. After some alterations and a little customization to the suit, the bill climbed up to $2,500. Of course, he couldn’t leave his father out, and also threw in another suit for Juelz Santana, so the bill for the suits climbed even higher, reaching $7,500. For the banquet, the main dish was a selection of duck, filet mignon and salmon. Adding that to the costs for the catering and serving staff, the total came to $18,500.
