'€˜Maury' show couple charged with child sex abuse

An Alabama couple who appeared on the “Maury” TV program in 2013 have now been arrested for the alleged sexual molestation of a 5-year-old girl. David Anthony Williams, 21, has been charged with 1st degree rape and 1st degree sodomy of a child less than 12 years old. And police say that 26-year-old Brittney Day – the child’s mother – knew about the alleged molestation, but did nothing to stop or report it; Day has been charged with 1st degree sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.
