Hi all, thanks for watching. I just want to share this fun and effective abs work out using rollerblades. Much more fun than traditional crunches and you can feel the result very quickly :) I would say, try to do 10 sets of 10 or 10 set of 7. I personally will try to do every other day for 3 weeks and I have a feeling that the result would be much better than 200 crunches a day!
