Thanks for shopping through my links!: http://www.collardvalleycooks.com/my-kitchen IStewed Potatoes 6-7 MEDIUM/LARGE RUSSET POTATOES (PEEL AND CHOP INTO 3/4-1 INCH PIECES) 2 TBSP. CORN STARCH (MIXED IN 4 OZ. MILK) 1/2 TSP. PEPPER 1 TSP. SALT 4-5 TBSP. BUTTER or MARGERINE Put potatoes in medium saucepan and add water to cover just to top of potatoes. Put it on high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling set timer and boil 15 minutes. In glass measuring cup combine the half and half, cornstarch, pepper, and salt. Whisk well. Once potatoes are done, drain off excess water (should be slightly under the top of the height of the potatoes. Add the cream/salt/pepper/starch to the potatoes after draining. Add butter and toss gently to mix.
