So, let’s say you want an email notification or a text notification to come through to one of your employees, or when a lead comes from Facebook you want emails to start sending out – you want Software A to connect with Software B to do an action, even if they’re now owned or managed by the same company, this is what Zapier does. Zapier basically has triggers from one software that runs with actions from another software. In this example, we use a Google Sheet, where every time a name is added, an email is sent out to them. There are hundreds of software that integrate with Zapier, and all you have to do is place a trigger on Software A that connects with Software B, so that it can go on and do the action. Once this is all set up, your work is done! You don’t have to do anything after that, Zapier will do it for you.
