Train Driver's View Bulgaria: TBD Skoda 68E ⚡ 44 073 - Kalotina - Slivnitsa HD

On this video you see some different work with coal trains near Sofia. Jouney start in Kalotina station (near Bulgarian-Serbia border). In this station is change the locs - diesel and electrics. Empty trains is arrive with some electric power (Skoda 68E) and depart with diesels (LDH 1250 and LDE 2100 or 2xLDE2100) to Stanianci Coal mine. This station have only two tracks for electric tracktion - on this day - full coal train 50515 arrive on track 2 and we go on back side of train for help to Dragoman station. On front side is TBD 06 063 (ex BDZ Sulzer ). In the first minutes of the video you see maneuvering to back side of full train. After that we depart to Dragoman, immediately after leaving the station we are in a big climb - and need full power from 44 073. View from the cab to Dragoman is not very meaningful, but sound is good. On 19:30 we arrive in Dragoman. Now 06 063 is back in Kalotina to pull (together with 55-37) empty train for Stanianci and 44 073 is go on front side of train. After some maneuvering, exchange of documents and brake test - on 28:00 we depart from Dragoman to Aldomirovtsi and Slivnitsa - max speed in this route is 60 km/h but first kilometers is hard and speed is low, but sound is great. Afther Dragoman Stop - begins descent to Aldomirovtsi and Slivnitsa. Enjoy watching!
