Steve's slow hickory smoked "boneless" spare ribs
after trimming and removing the membrane i soaked the ribs in marinade for a few hours then laid some lime slices on them and rolled them up, wrapping them in tin foil and slow smoking with hickory wood for 3 hours.....just fell off the bones and served with bbq sauce on the side for dipping (some in my house dont like or cant eat bbq sauce).....
