MIST FUNDRAISER ~ HOW MIST CHANGED A BROTHER'S LIFE

DC MIST is the Muslim Inter Scholastic Tournament where MSAs (Muslim clubs/groups) from over 20 different schools and masajid in the DC, VA, and MD come together to compete in quran, nasheed, islamic films, art, poetry, etc. The main purpose of MIST is to build brotherhood and sisterhood in the community, to strengthen our iman and taqwaah, and also to both educate and entertain the young generation of muslims as they work in fun islamic activities where the knowledge hype and fun go home with you, mashallah walhamdulilah. This is a fundraiser video put together by a few brothers in order to insha ALlah gather some funds to help keep DC MIST up and running for the sake of Allah. Ahmed (the guest speaker in this video) talks about how he attended MIST for the first time and completely changed his life to make him much stronger and commited to his deen walhamdulilah. Indeed Allah guides who he chooses to guide, but we first must make efforts in this dunyah to constantly give da3waah not just to nonmuslims but to muslims as well and not just thru talking but thru actions and not just planning for tomorrow but actually getting on our feet today INSHALLAH, JAZAKALLAHUKHAYRAN FOR WATCHING, WASALAMUALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATU!!!
