SCP: Secret Laboratory Scopophobia Revised - SCP 096 Rebalance!!! HD

The 10.1 Scopophobia Revised Update is here bringing with it the long awaited rebalance of SCP-096!!! After polling and complaints about SCP-096 being too OP the devs finally finished a rebalance to now make SCP-096 less powerful against large forces and able to withstand small groups. In the past SCP-096 could demolish entire task forces in an instant without suffering any long term damage, but no longer!! SCP-096 will now be more likely to die to built up damage over time and is far less likely to die to 1-3 good players trying to take him out on their own (Though it is still possible). On top of the rebalance the devs also added a Charge meter, A new audio cue for when he looks at you and a Gauge to time your rage (The Pulsing of the Charge Meter slows down when your rage is gonna end).
