Contestants must be 18 years of age, not employed by Bodybuilding.com and able to provide transportation/travel to the BFE held at Quest Arena. One male and one female bodybuilders are chosen in the end, as the winners of the Fit Body Competition, and awarded by the Bodybuilding.com.
