Today my Mom’s Recipe will introduce one of the most popular Cambodia foods called Prahok Dip (Tik Kroeung ទឹកគ្រឿង). Please read the description and watch the video below for the details. How to do Place 3-4 cups water in pot and bring to boil when bubble add fish let it stand for a few minutes when cooked remove into bowl, cool and break into small flakes by removing all bones. Steam Prahok for about 10 minutes before mixing it with the bubble fish soup and simmer for about 1-2 minutes, next remove from heat and drain then pour it over the flaked fish in the serving bowl, season with salt, sugar fish sauce, add chopped garlic stir well.
