Happy Birthday to Neil Peart who was born on this day in 1952. I was born on the same day as well, only many, many years later. Haha. I’ve had this one sitting around for quite a while. It’s the first track on the first album to feature Neil as the drummer and lyricist of Rush - Fly By Night, which was released in 1975. Such a breakout album. I think the songs on this album stand up well against anything they’ve done since. Same goes for Geddy’s bass playing. I had a super long day at work and I’m off to bed. Have a good night.
