Long regarded as one of the most iconic mills ever created, factory-supplied Cobra Jets utilized a strengthened medium block, heavy-duty rods, a nodular crankshaft, and larger valves and ports to produce an advertised 335 horsepower. Behind the motor, a date-correct Toploader 4-speed twists torque to a durable Ford 9-inch. Holding that proven drivetrain off the ground is a restored and tagged suspension that’s finished with familiar Koni shocks. At the ends of that suspension, optional power steering combines with power front disc and rear drum brakes to mix easy turns with solid stops. And at the edges of the floor, chromed Magnum 500s spin F70-15 Goodyear Polyglas Custom Wide Treads around galloping horse center caps. Between the doors, an ornate Mach 1 cockpit mixes the best elements of Ford Black vinyl with a series of contrasting accents.
