Minecraft - 4bit CPU Program Counter (2 instructions)

A working 4bit Program Counter with 2 instructions. The opcodes are the inputs, a value would be selected somewhere else, each opcode would be temporarily saved to RAM or a memory array, they would link with the value in an ALU, perform the instruction, and loop around and repeat.
