USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) Begins Flight Deck Qualifications HD

ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 9, 2019) An F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to the "Gunslingers" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 105 performs the first recovery and launch on the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) since the ship completed a planned incremental availability (PIA) during flight operations in the Atlantic Ocean, April 9, 2019. Dwight D.
