Proof: 64 GB microSD card works on Nintendo Wii HD

01.03.2013
I created this video to provide conclusive proof that a 64 GB microSD card works with the Nintendo Wii without any problems. In order for this to work you must perform a full format the microSD card to FAT 32. (took around 2 hours) I used this program: http://code.google.com/p/nusad/downloads/detail?name=FAT32_GUI_Formatter.exe&can=2&q= If this program gives you an error it might be related to your SD card slot. To solve this problem use a multi-card reader through your USB port and it will work perfectly. I originally planned to test a 128 GB SD card, but I decided instead to focus on the PSP at this time. I am using one of those microSD cards for use in this video. Watch my next video to see how to get 128 GB working on a Sony PSP. On this thread: http://gbatemp.net/threads/possible-sdxc-support.318428/ I predicted that this should work and why it would work, and I was right. I predict that this same method will hold true for any SD card formatted correctly, and that someday when 2 TB SD cards are available they will work as well.
