Connected monitoring and notification systems: DARS d.d. control centres HD

The entire motorway network is controlled by 4 regional and 1 support control centre RCC Kozina, RCC Ljubljana, RCC Slovenske Konjice, RCC Vransko and the Hrušica support control centre. The traffic managers in the control centres monitor traffic and manage it using many systems. These systems ensure automatic alarms, automatic measures for handling traffic (e.g. closure of a tunnel in case of fire, warning drivers about any ghost drivers) and are the main tool for carrying out measures that increase traffic safety and flow.
