F-22 Raptor low flying! FSX HD

I flew an F-22 Raptor from Sparti AB to Kalamata AB in Greece. I put the graphics setting on the highest possible. I get 20-25fps with cockpit view when flying but when im using fraps to record + choose an outside view it drops to 10-12fps so it may seem a little laggy at times.
