As a part of our ESL + Food Certificate (http://www.newschool.edu/public-engagement/esl-food-certificate), Language of the Kitchen at The New School is an English language course designed in partnership with the International Culinary Center (ICC) to reinforce key vocabulary of food, cooking, and preparation techniques. The Language of the Kitchen course is taught in a supportive and interactive classroom setting. This 12-week course is offered every semester. You love the food. You’ve got the passion.
