Fujifilm X-T3 vs X-T20 for Video/Photo Enthusiast HD

This may look like an unfair comparison but for people on a budget or want the smallest camera possible here is what I think the tradeoff is if you choose a Fujifilm X-20 over the Fujifilm X-T3.
