[TAS] F-Zero GX - Mute City: Twist Road in 39.924

An experimental TAS of Mute City: Twist Road using Black Bull. I used save states to redo parts of the race in an attempt to get a sub-40 time. I managed to do so, getting a time of 39.924. As Dolphin does not yet have an avi-recording capability, I was not able to properly record the sound, and therefor left it out.
